Main Street Pilates is Salinas’ first studio dedicated solely to the art and movement of

 Pilates.  With a focus on Strength, Balance and Flexibility we work with our clients to regain a

 body of balance and improve your overall health and wellbeing.  Our complete apparatus studio

 specializes in rehabilitation, sports enhancement and core strengthening exercises, while

 educating our clients about their body’s ability to move with poise.

Main Street Pilates is a studio open to the public but apparatus sessions are scheduled by appointment. Please feel free to drop in, ask questions or observe a session in progress.

Beginning Students, READ HERE!
Main Street Pilates welcomes new students at every level. Sessions are tailored to individual needs and can include all the equipment in the Pilates apparatus arsenal. 
The studio’s instructors are fully qualified to assist with individual goals, ranging from weight loss and body toning to pain management, core stabilization and joint mobilization. Our clients range from Pilates beginners to physical therapists, nurses, mommies, professional athletes, dancers and those looking to restore their body.  

Main Street Pilates focuses on:
